Congregation of the Ss. Sacramento |
|
The cathedral and congrega together make a fine landmark, dominating the square and overlooking the valley. The chapel, founded by the devotees of the Ss. Sacramento, has two storeys, the lower one serving for burials. The façade, which was never plastered, has a double flight of stairs giving access to the church. This has recently been restored, and today is used for events and congresses. Inside there are still the wooden choirstalls. |
